Shipping Class not available below certain weight

Hi,

Does anybody know of a way to stop the selection of a certain shipping class if the order is below a certain weight?

i.e

standard shipping is available between 0 - 2 kg

standard shipping 2 is available from 2 - whatever kg

this may seem a little pointless at first but it would allow us to further automate our courier system. Essentially standard shipping will have a value of 0 attached to it and therefore not print a courier label but standard shipping 2 would have a value of 1 and would print a courier label. However to the customer they will only ever see the one service at a time as the two won't overlap between the 0 - 2 kg region.

If you have the class 'standard shipping' set-up, then make sure the max weight in this table does not cross 1.99 Kg and set it to 'Do not Allow Excess'. Create a new class called 'standard shipping 2' and start the table from 2.00 Kg onwards. This should get you there as orders that are 2 kg and over will only be assigned the new class.
