Help! PC crashed during upload and then......

when I try to upload again I get the error "The search key was not found in any record" and it won't continue with the upload. I've tried reinstalling everything and have even upgraded to the latest version but when I put Site1 back in I have the same problem, does anyone know how to fix this?

its worth a try, I've forgotten which menu has the Compact Database option, try Housekeeping...
