...to change the sections order and up comes this message "Remove the Coupon Code Information from SetupInfo table. contained an unexpected object."

errr... I don't use coupon codes.

Section I was dragging has disappeared along with all the products contained within. (Its not gone `within` another section either).

Whats going on? Most recent snapshot is Saturday but I'd rather keep yesterdays order levels etc.

Why oh why oh why is there not an `undo` button.

Products within the `missing` section are not being picked up by the `Find` facility, so it looks like they have been deleted.

Cannot locate this SetupInfo table either.

Reported problem to support before 11, uploaded snapshot as requested.

No reply by 12.30, so phoned support to confirm snapshot had been recieved and ask of any progress. Told no, not yet, support lady is to be having a look at the problem this afternoon sometime.

Decided to try and do something myself by dragging another section, which has now also vanished, products, sub-sections and all.

Had to refrain from posting yesterday due to mental unstability. Suggested cause was a problem with the database. Had to compact to `cure` it, despite the fact that I do that at least every other day as a rule.

Had to rebuild two complete sections, subsections and products.

Grrrrrr.

Lets hope its sorted.

This has happened AGAIN. Another (complete) large section has dissapeared when dragging and dropping to re-order the sections. No new products added the last few days. Catalog purged and compacted dailly.

Now, I NEED to be able to swap the order of sections, but don't want to rebuild them every time I try to.

I've had this happen to me once or twice too.. to the point that I stopped dragging and dropping sections (I still do with products)..and started cutting and pasting, instead.

Not very helpful though, sorry...

Never been a fan of using an option with the word "cut" in it when dealing with a section with hundreds of items in it.

Maybe thats the only `solution` though?

well, I was thinking of maybe staying in with a few cans of beer and researching Google Checkout some more
Actually, I'm toying with the idea of opening my shipping up to EU customers too...that sounds like such fun that it can only possibly be tackled with a few pints down me on a Friday evening

It's about as exciting as my Friday nights get!
