    Reports Question

    Another one for the resident experts please - when we get a new order, we usually print out the "Outstanding Data Entry Report". However, over the past week or so, when attempting to do this for the first time, we have had the message that it has already been printed whereas it hasn't. Never did this before!

    What status do you have against your orders for the report status? Outstanding data entry reports should print all reports that have a blank report status for both the packing list and the invoice and are not PSP Pending. Is it coming up with a message that says that there are no outstanding data entry reports to print or does it juist print a blank report?

        You have a column for 'Invoice' and 'Packing List' on your orders tab, if you have 'printed' against an order on these columns then you will not be able to print a data entry report for that order.

          Sorry for the delay in replying but I've only just got access to the Actinic again in the shop.

          When I download a new order, the status under invoice is "pending" but when I select the "outstanding data entry reports" and go to print it, nothing happens. If I try again, I get the message that it has already printed out. I therefore have to re-print it. Could it be a printer setup problem?

            Hi Dave

            The Printer could well be the problem. When you highlight the 'Outstanding Data Entry' in the 'Report Selection' window and then click 'Print Setup' what printer do you have selected for this report?
