And for those customers who are waiting for the perl script change so that 'maximum quantities' are still honoured when a product is used as the associated product for a component, it is in the last stages of testing, and will be posted here when ready.

        Hi Bernard

Are you using a US version of Actinic?

Yes sorry - the '1' after the '6' should have given me the clue.

Sure Solutions haven't released the 7.0.7 patch yet for US customers - they do their own testing on it before releasing it. I'm sure they will be in touch with you once the patch is available.

Sorry George but there are not going to be any more upgrades for 7.5. You will need to think about upgrading to version 8 for full IE7 and Vista compatibility.

This new version with Windows XP and IE7

Can someone enlighten me. I have Actinic Catalogue Version 7.0.6.0.0.0.GBGA, purchased less than a year ago, which I use with Windows XP. It does not work correctly with IE7, as has been mentioned many time within this forum. Will this new version correct the problems with IE7 or is it only applicable to Windows Vista? I do not intend changing to Vista in the near future but would like to use IE7.

7.0.7 deals with the IE7 problem where the preview doesn't update when you make changes in Actinic. Is this what you are asking about?

                        Thanks Chris,

Yes that is the question. After uninstalling IE7 (which installed itself before I changed the automatic updates in Windows) and reverting to IE6 so the preview in Actinic worked again, has caused slight problems with other programs that used IE as part of their programming.

Now I can install IE7 again and hopefully all will be well. Thanks.
