    Bounce to secpay not working

    Hi all,

I've had our website up and running for well over a year (using V6) and all of sudden the bounce page to the secpay credit card authorisation page isn't working.

Firstly the page refuses to bounce you and instead you have to click on the next button (instead of bouncing you automatically... I have the bounce page delay set to 1 in Actinic). Then when you do click next an error appears (see attached image).

I've re-uploaded the secpay template to their server and you can manually view the page without any problems. I've not changed a single thing on the website for weeks so the only thing I can think of is that a perl script has become corrupted?

I've set up a test product with 1p value if you want to see what happens and view source code etc:

    http://www.kobaltcomputers.co.uk/acatalog/test.html

Any ideas at all what could have caused this or a possible solution? I've had to put a message on the website saying online payments are down until I've fixed it!

    Thanks
    Andrew

    do you have the line

OnLoad="NETQUOTEVAR:ONLOAD" in your original code, just after <body> ?

on another note it would be better to have your mandatory items i nthe checkout highlighted with a stronger colour, on my screen i couldn't make out the difference between the blue and grey just I had no indication of which fields were mandatory

      Hi Jo,

      Thanks for the reply.

Yes that's there. I'm using a seperate Act_Primary (called Act_Primary1!) for the checkout phase and that is there. Was actually one of the first things I checked as I had problems setting this all up originally last year but it's been fine since I worked it out! Wierd eh!

Yup you're right about the blue text. The website is about to undergo a fairly large re-design so I'll get that changed!

      Thanks
      Andrew

        Hi Andrew,

Have you made any changes to either c:\program files\actinic ecommerce v6\sites\<Site Name>\CommonOCC\Act_OCCSecPayTemplate.html or OCCSecPayScriptTemplate.pl?

It may be worth taking backups of these files and then replacing them with the files from 'c:\program files\actinic ecommerce v6\OCCUpgrade\CommonOCC'. Refresh the site (web | refresh website) and see if you still get the problem.

          Hi Tracey,

That's got it, it's working at it's default settings now. I'll go and customise it again and fingers crossed we'd be back up and running.

          Thanks again
