A patch has been released to fix this issue. You can download it from here. Take a backup of your current 'c:\program files\actinic v7\Catalog.exe' file and then unzip the patch to the same folder (ensure that Actinic is closed before you do this). When you open it you shouldn't get that problem anymore. Please note that you should be on v7.0.7 before applying this patch.
