Recently we have been experiencing problems getting the payment from Protx. Our site is very busy all of the time and we cannot keep checking the Protx interface to see if PSP-pending orders have in fact been paid for. It happens randomly but so far in the past week there have been four PSP-pending that were in fact paid for!
Protx insist the problem lies with Actinic. Does anybody know why this is happening?
