Silly thumbnail question

Within the product there are options for two images - the main one and the thumbnail one.

Where should I expect to see the thumbnail image?

And do I need to enable anything to see it?



(I know about the 'Including Thumbnail Images in the Shopping Cart' section of the advanced user guide)

The other place you might want thumbnails is in the search results. Don't know how to turn it on though, presumably its in the search configuration dialog.

It is the search results and can be turned on in 'Settings | Search Settings | Results' select the 'Product Image' checkbox and then select 'Resize Image' and enter the dimensions.

Does it or can it come up in "Shopping Basket" and "Checkout" items listing?

Yes, it can but you will have to create a thumbnail image of the appropriate size, the search results can dynamically alter images to the size you specify, though I am sure with a bit of fiddling you will find that this too is possible.
