Unable to install Activex Control/unknown publisher error

Hi, I have a client running Version 4 who's customers security settings in Explorer 7 are preventing installing a required Activex control due to a Microsoft "unknown publisher" warning.

I have tried amending the security settings on my version of this browser to no avail. Does anyone know of any standard browser configuration which will prevent this error?

AFAIK there are no required activeX controls for any version of actinic.

The first thing I'd do is make sure the customer hasn't had their website hacked and it isn't trying to download a virus.

If you need any more help then a url would be helpful.

Cheers Mike. I've just tested the site with another PC running Explorer 7 and discovered that this browser is now not shipped with the Java Virtual Machine component any more. Installing the runtime product from Java.com recifies the problem.
