Actinic link to quickbooks problem

I have downloaded the link to Qucikbooks for actinic v7

When I try to run 'Actinic to quickbooks' it tells me 'No supported actinic site found. Actinic Ecommerce must first be started at least once after installation'.

I have started it many times but still the same response.

I also tried setting up quickbooks with the 'sampleactinicstore.QBW' but it tells me it is not a quickbook file or it is corrupted. So I tried setting up a new company in quickbooks to make the settings under integrated applications but there are none there to allow.

I have tried downloading the link again and still does not work.

I am using quickbookspro 2006.

The actinic site has been running for many years and quickbooks has been used regularly so no problems with these.

Jerry,

Are you using Actinic Catalog? If you are then that is why you get the error, you need to be on Business or Developer for link to work.
