If I am wrong, which other PSP's can we use which will integrate with Actinic that works with a Barclays Merchant Account?

If you Google "Barclays EPDQ" you will soon find the following, which is a list of PSPs ("middle men") which are approved by Barclays:

    http://www.barclaycardbusiness.co.uk...t_service.html

You will also see some of these in the Actinic list. We use and can recommend SecureTrading as PSP (however we use another bank). CPI simply means Carholder Payment Interface; Barclays EPDQ is/has a CPI, so Barclays EPDQ is the same as Barclays EPDQ CPI

I have been dealing with the banks for many years now, regarding fraudalent transactions, and being that we do sunglasses on line we are fully aware of the lengths that people go to convince us they are genuine when they are not. In all that time I have never known the banks to pay US back on any fraudalent transaction that might get through........
