I am looking for someone to help with updates

Hello,

I am struggling to keep up with the amount of products I have to load on to my site and I am wondering if such a person exists, who could basically be sent all the relevant info, prices, images etc. and they could load products and then send them to me as a block update, which I could then, once checked, add to my site in the relevant product sections?

Maybe I am wishful thinking, but it would great if such a person existed.
