P&P's gone wierd !

I've got a wierd one here .....

We now charge £1 p&p on all orders, it was free on orders over £15 before.

Online orders are being charged correctly but offline orders aren't being charged regardless of the order total.

Something else I've noticed - We've got a promo on at the moment for a free gift, and when I add it to an order placed online the £1 p&p is getting dropped.

In Business Settings > Shipping and Handling I have one Shipping By Zone Option (Standard) and this is set at Order Value £0.00 Cost £1.00

Any suggestions?

I don't use shipping by value but is this set the same as weight. i.e. orders UP TO the value have the shipping charge set?

Try adding another entry for order value £1,000 set to £1 shipping charge.
