More than one quanity box??

HI There,

I have a product where you can choose a few options for it (please see attached screenshot mockup) and what I would like to do is have a quanity box for each option is this possible or do I need to make the options separate products?

You will probably need to do this as a separate product as options / components etc inherit the master quantity on a 1 for 1 basis
