Fatal error

Having a problem backing up, it has a fatal error: FATAL ERRORS
(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 816) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open file C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1\ActinicCatalog.mdb ! has been caught.
Any ideas. Thanks

Close actinic down, reopen, compact the database and then try again.

Its in one of the drop down menus, cant recall what its called, maybe housekeeping. It will only take 2 mins maximum to find it anyhow.
