    Orders stuck on pending view!?

    Hi

I have a handful of recent orders that will not move from the pending view?

They are fully completed - paid, shipped, printed etc etc...I have cross-referenced them with some orders on the completed view and i can see no difference. I've tried everything but can't seem to solve this

Right click on the order, then Export.

      re: Orders stuck

      Thanks George

So is this a bug , or am I just doing something wrong?

Just `happens` sometimes. If the items are shipped, full payment posted, invoice printed, then the Export function is the only way to shift it that I know of. I tried to replicate this problem ages ago but didn't manage. So, yes, I suppose it is a bug.

If any if the learned people on the forum can confirm as well I'd appreciate it.

          Hi guys,

Yes this is a bug. Should be fixed in V8 though.

You can complete them via the ActinicCatalog.mdb database but make sure you take a backup first.

Shut down Actinic and open ActinicCatalog.mdb from within the site folder. Open the Order table. Locate the order number in question.
Change the Status column to "F".
Enter in a date for the Date Order Finished column, e.g. 2004/07/12 13:10
Change the nTotalItemsShipped column to match nTotalItemsOrdered.

When you re-open EC the order will hopefully be completed.
          Regards,

          Toby Blanchard

George, I don't see 'Export' when I right-click on the order?
