Deleting Choices

Almost all of my products have extra attributes. Within there are six choices.

Unfortunately one is no longer avaialble so I neec to remove it from each product. Is there any easy way to do this at a site level or possibly within MS Access?

fillding with that particular table in access, has proven fatal for me several times.

unless you know exactly what you're doing, i'd not recommend it. the table in question uses sequential numbers to iterate through and display the attribs./choices. if you take one out o the middle, it'll not work properly, unless you re-sequence the entire table.

You could try this. Export your site to a Hierarchical file (via File / Export). Then look at that file with a text editor. Each Choice will be on a single line. It may be possible to delete all such lines with a find / remove. Then re-import that file (File / Import).

Backup everything and test this on a spare system first if possible.
