Apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere, but I've had a look around & can't find a solution.
Our site www.baggamenswear.co.uk has been working fine until today. Had lots of varied error messages whilst trying to upload - most relating to pl files. Advised by support to delete all pl and pm files from site1 directory, replace with original actinic equivalents, then refresh.
After around 2 hours (and choosing the ignore command for seemingly insignificant pl errors whist refreshing), upload crashed.
Now when we try to up or download, the window doesn't even appear to show progress - simply get the egg-timer indefinitely.
Site has been effectively disabled by this, as an error message appears when clicking "buy now" for any product.
I'd be really grateful for any suggestions - I might even offer a reward!!!
