Digital Download, E-Mail Link Bounce Page off putting ...

Hi,

When you click on the link in the e-mail sent to customers to collect their digital file, it opens an IE page stating "No Page to Display" Action Cancelled, as if their is some type of error.

Can i control this page and a try and make it look as if the steps in the process are flowing without error?

P.S. Howewer i am hitting this link and the error does not happen? All I get is a blank page......I will investigate, in the mean time see what you get ?

Just downloaded it using the link, no blank page or error message. Did this with Firefox and with IE.

This still happens.

Any offers anyone, the IE page "No Page to Display" and the content "Action Cancelled" is unnecessary and offputting?

Any ideas how to remove or control with my own content?
