We've had a problem since last Thursday. Can't upload or download at all. when checking Network settings we get an HTTP error.
Problem appeared from nowhere. We changed from one BT broadband account to another at a different physical site last Sunday, and everything was fine - until Thursday. The very helpful Ian McCabe from Technoweb is coming at around 2PM today, but if we can find a solution before then I'd be very happy!
We replaced all the pm and pl scripts on the advise of actinic support, but that hasn't worked. I've also tried turning off all firewalls, anti-virus temporarily while trying to upload. I also used an NTL broadband service at a different location to try to rule the ISP out.
I'm sure it's a local problem (on my PC or in Actinic)
