    Cgi-Bin after upgrading hosting

    Hi All,
I recently urgraded my hosting p[ackage with this company and Actinic has not worked since. We chose them 2 years ago as they were recommended by Actinic. However after the upgrade, we were told that they no longer support actinic. This is the error message i get below from actinic. any help or insight will be greatly appreciated.

Unable to move to the cgi-bin directory "www/root/cgi-bin/" on the FTP server.
The specified directory does not exist or you do not have access to the directory

Get a refund and move onto a host that does support actinic. Pointless flogging a dead horse.

As Lee says you will need to change hosts... if they don't support Actinic you are on a hiding to nothing
