I have a customer who had a product in her basket that sold out while she was still shopping. Now she gets an error telling her the combination of items she ordered was incorrect because the item is out of stock. However, she can't get rid of it! If she clicks on view cart, she gets that error. If she clicks on checkout, she gets that error. Neither will allow her to change the quantity to zero because she can't get past the error. What do we need to do?? (Delete cookie and start over? Not a great solution, of course.)
Next, less urgent, question. When I launch Actinic, I get the following error: The specified layout preview bitmap could not be loaded (wrong assignment in the ini file or bitmap file is missing).
I click okay, and Actinic launches and I can't see any problems -- so I've ignored the error for a couple of days. But it is annoying and I'd like to get rid of it. I just started a couple of days ago, and I can't think of anything that changed that may have caused it.
