    Actinic Link Question

    Hi

    We use actinic link to transfer all sales to Sage Line 50.

    We offer free samples to our customers, however when somebody orders a free sample, their order is not passed to Sage with a message of 'no order lines to process'.

    I understand why actinic doesn't transfer these orders (as they are zero value), however we would like them to be transfered as it is easier to track repeat orders from samples.

    Can this be done?

    I would suggest raising a support ticket on this one.. I have had a check internally and we had a report earlier but were unable to reproduce the error at that time.
