    NetBanx - Multipul debits

    We are increasingly concern regarding the increasing amount of customers who are having their debit/credit debited more than once for their purchase.

    We can normally spot this because we receive a receipt for each transaction.

    However a customer rang yesterday to say their card was debited 8 times and we received only one receipt.

    Netbanx are saying it is due to customer clicking on the payment button more than once or using their back button.

    I accept this to a certain extent however we also offer Protx and PayPal and have never experience multi-debits for customers who use these options.

    This problem is increasing and I am not aware of this problem prior to October/November of 2006.

    Is anyone else experiencing a similar problem?
