    Urgent checkout not working

    Hi all,

    www.turn-turtle.com

    When customers add something to the basket and then proceed to checkout they get a 'page cannot be displayed' message or a 500 internal server error and can proceed no further with the purchase.

    As this only happens on the secure (https) checkout pages my guess would be an ssl issue.

    As tomorrow (Friday) will be the third day that the checkout has been down and this is a very busy site indeed any ideas would be very welcome.

    Switch off SSL first and ensure that everything is fine without it. This will have no effect currently as nobody can do anything anyway.

    Once that's confirmed as OK, then re-introduce the SSL, paying attention to the actinic network test and the settings included.

    Perhaps you could also show us your settings to see if there is any glaring errors.

      Thanks for your response.

      After the server admin changed some settings and we did another web/configure and web/refresh everything seems to be back up and running.
