User Related Products

Hello,
I have been searching for information about a certain thing I would like to try and acheive with Actinic.
I wondered if there was a way to have products available to order online, but only to a certain user or users? So that to other users or people that are not logged in, these products are not available to buy online.

Does anyone know if this is possible? I have looked around quite a lot for this, but I have had no luck.
