I have downloaded the parcelforce shipping tables which has enabled me to send goods outside of the UK. When sending to places like the US or Australia (both of which I am getting a lot of interest from) the only shipping options available are International Scheduled and International Datapost both of which are costing about £30 to send a fairly light item, and having just sent one via a mail enquiry know it only costs less than £2.00. How do I make cheaper options available?

Hello there.
You can edit the prices of these shipping classes within Actinic.
You may wish to create a snapshot before making any changes.
To edit the shipping chargesdo this, go to View | Business Settings | Shipping and handling.
You will see all of the Shipping Bands listed. If you scroll down, you will see PFIS Zone10, this zone controls the shipping to America and Canada. Underneath this zone, you will see a class called International Scheduled.
Click on International Scheduled and you will see all of the rates that apply to this class in the table on the right hand side. You can edit these and add more if you wish.
To edit the Datapost class for America, locate the Zone PF ID Zone 10 and select the International Datapost and you can edit the prices/weights as before.
I have found Australia under PF IS Zone 11 and PF ID Zone 11 with a host of other countries including Japan, so by editing the classes under these zones will alter the shipping price for the other countries listed under the zones.
You can see which countries belong to a zone by right clicking on the zone and select 'properties'
