Accessing Passwords

I wondered if and how you can find the passwords of all your customers? I'm not sure if this is possible or not? I know you can send an email of the password to the customer, but I wondered if you can access them another way?

Hi Gemmat

When you go onto the buyers tab of the customer details. You can just click send password and a screen should pop up and you should be able to identify the password in there ?
