Postage charges by zone - please help!

I've currently set up 2 postage zones, being:

1) UK mainland
2) Channel Islands

The postage charges for the UK mainland are £6.95 for orders up to the value of £149.99 and free for orders over the value of £150.00. I have successfully set this up with no problems.

However, with regards to the Channel Islands, does anybody know how I ensure the postage charges are £10.00 regardless of the order value? Currently, Actinic is also showing free delivery for orders over £150.00 to the Channel Islands, but I want it to be £10.00 for all order values to the Channel Islands only.

Have you set the Calculation Basis "free over" ticked?

Try un-ticking (if ticked) and then set the order value matrix accordingly... eg £150.00 = £0.00

.....ensure under "excess" you have "take highest value in table" option ticked.

Still not working I'm sorry to say. I'm still getting free delivery over £150 for the Channel Islands when it should be £10.00 regardless of the value of the order. Any other suggestions?

Put £0.01 = £10.00 and tell it to take highest value in table if there is an excess.
