Customer Pricing using Excel

Scenario - We have say 5 trade accounts (login) and also regular retail pricing.

The trade accounts are all pretty similar apart from certain products are priced differently for various customers.

Is there a way to have 5 'master' excel documents for the product pricing (which reflect each trade customers own pricing scale).

In other words, we are looking for an easy way to manage the pricing of say 5 customer accounts - ideally just making small changes to the excel price list and updating the catalog from these excel files.

Have a static cell in your spreadsheet which holds the percentage reduction for that customer and then just use that in a formula to work out the separate prices for each product on the worksheets. If you absolute the cell reference (F4) you can then use autofill on the formula.
