What renders this ??

Could anyone please point me in the direction of where the <p> tag comes from in this bit of code or where/how I can alter it ?

It would appear that these little three characters are stopping me from getting the spacing between Act_Header and Act_ProductBody how I want it to appear (or am I missing something elsewhere??)

What you are referring to is the top of the page anchor. You can delete the <p> tag safely.
