Are individual debit accounts possible?

Have searched the forums under all relevant key words I can think of and no luck so it's time to turn to here.

Have a client who would like to set up company store and fund employees with various amounts to purchase goods.

Is there a way within Actinic to give each employee say $100 to spend and:

a)fund the account with the amount provided?
b)reduce the amount with each purchase?
c)notify the buyer when insufficient funds remain to make a purchase?

All help greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well that was a prompt and succinct response. So, the next question is does anybody use a debit scheme and, if so, how do you handle it.

I'm afraid I haven't seen this done before.

You would need an online database to check available funds etc. It would be very difficult to get that database to communicate with Actinic's DB so you can manage the accounts.
