Receipt Page url?

Can anyone confirm the url of the receipt page following credit card payment please. We have been getting errors, ie, returning customers to the last shop page they were on instead of the Act_Order04.html page.
We are using http://www.madaboutjewellery.com/acatalog/receipt.html.

Hi Mark

When there are errors or a delay in displaying the receipt page, this usually means there is a problem with the SMTP mail server, as Actinic will try and send out the confirmation email at this point, and if there is a problem with it, it can result in a delay or error.

Looking at the error log for your site, there are the following errors...

"Error returned from SMTP server - Relaying denied"

So it seems there is a problem sending out emails from your site, due to the host not enabling relaying on the SMTP server, you would need to contact your hosting company, and ask them to enable relaying to get this working.
