Digital Download - Different Price to Hardbook

Hey guys,
is there a way to offer a Book at 2 different prices, one for Hardbook and the other for Ebook eg;

Buy This Book:

Hardbook £20 [BUY NOW]
E-Book £10 [BUY NOW]

Without have a hidden component linked to the Hardbook, otherwise the user would pay for a hardbook and ebook. I want to be able to give them the choice of purchasing either from the same page. can this be done? or will i need to create a seperate section on the site for Ebooks Only?
