    Hello there.

I am afraid that earlier versions of Actinic will not be able to read your V6 site. This also applies to maintenance releases of the same version, i.e. V6.01 will not be able to read sites from 6.02.

The solution would be to upgrade your workplace to V6. Please make sure that if you do this, both your and your workplace's Actinic version numbers must be identical, i.e. both 6.02 CNNA.

In the future, if you apply software patches to Actinic, you must apply these patches to all the copies that you have.

I hope this is of help to you.

You didn't say what the "working" was. If you've been making design changes and altering settings then, as Darren says, you'd find it very difficult, or impossible to go down a version.

If you've only been adding or editing products and sections then you may be able to export the site to a csv file and only import the bits you need from that file back into your older version. These files are text files so it won't be too hard to read them and see what's going on. There's also plenty of info in the help file on importing and exporting.

You may still want to consider the upgrade route as it's a step you'll probably want to take in the future. There are enough new features to justify it.
