When going to the checkout or confirming order the following message occurs:

A general script error

Error: Error opening ../acatalog/81Z152Z213Z131A1056206352B31982.chk (Permission denied)


Anyone have any ideas on what is causing this?

Hi there

The error message suggests that the /acatalog/ folder on your website do not have the correct permission.

Please could you tell your webhost company to change the permission of the /acatalog/ folder to 777

The error message should then disappear
