Hi,
Just installed sageline 50 yesterday and have been experimenting with getting my v7 stuff in there via actinic link.
The problem is that I exported all my records, decided it didn't quite work, made some adjustments to the link config, deleted all the records from sageline50 (actually restored from back), but when I try to export the same records again it came up with the following message -
"AB12CD10000000 has already been transferred, press 'ok' to continue or 'cancel' to skip transferring this order"
Then when I press ok it comes up with another message that needs to be ok'd. then it does exactly the same thing FOR EVERY SINGLE ORDER (as you can image this gets a little annoying after the first couple of hundered records...)
I had restored sageline 50 DB from backup so it was completely empty - so it is clear there is no conflict there (ie. it is not saying 'hey, this record already exists in the target destination').
SO clearly, either actinic or actinic link is 'remembering' what it has transferred and is being an arse about it. Is there anyway of deleting some file or resetting something on the records so that it 'forgets' it has transferred them?
ps. hint for next version: ADD A 'YES TO ALL' BUTTON!!!!!!
