flash menu wont show

hi all

i have been working with a flash menu on my site that now will not show on my home page (www.beddingcentres.co.uk)

it works on all the catalog pages and despite having added the swf as an additional file and linking it the http://www.beddingcentres.co.uk/acatalog/bcmenu.swf it still will not work. my other horizontal flash menu works fine in this way. however my veritical flash menu works in conunction with the menu.xml which has not been updated or moved. can any one help please?

did you ensure your url was case sensitive, becasue i know your server is.

is the code in both pages identical?

also, remember that your index is in the root, and the other pages are in the acatalog folder.

so tat will mean the menu.xml needs to be save in the root folder as well..... where will i need to save it in that case?

just copy it to the root and the acatalog folder.

where do i find the root folder?

the root folder is the folder where your index.html is located.

its the highest folder you can go in your ftp.

saorry but its still ot working, put them in the root folder tried muliptle ways of getting it sorted and cant. code is identical so not sure where i am going wrong

Use the working template as the outer layout for the one not working. It cant work on one and not another unless you have done something wrong. Load em up and fine toothcomb the source code, you will see it then.

managed to get it working byt getting the ftp server working it went down for a while so thanks for all you help guys!
