Error Message?

Hi
For some reason when I updated my site today, the follwing error msg displayed "The following empty product groups have been defined:
Example Product Group" I cant find an example product group in my site - has anyone any suggestions?

All Actinic site have an example product group defined and also example discounts - Marketing | Product Groups
