Unable to move to CGI directory

We are getting the following error message:

Unable to move to the cgi-bin directory "http://frostfirepulse.com/cgi-bin/" on the FTP server.
The specified directory does not exist or you do not have access to the directory.

    .............................

Attached you can see we have no problems with the username and password, the cgi directory exists within our main root.

    Permissions are set up.

What else could we be doing wrong?

The site has been uploaded here www.frostfirepulse.com/acatalog

The path to cgi-bin looks wrong ... it is usually something like /cgi-bin/ or depending on the structure of the server /public_html/cgi-bin/

If you FTP to the site and check where the acatalog directory is been place and follow the folder structure back (upwards) as far as you can go then place that into the field with /cgi-bin/ at the end.

I tried adding /www/ and /public_html/ before the cgi-bin but this made no difference.

Have you tried searching for your hosts on the forum? The settings you need may already be in the "upload problems" forum. If not there, you could also try:

        cgi-bin/

        but im pretty sure that:

        ../public_html/cgi-bin/

        will be the one
