Uploading from the website

We have been using a laptop to update our website but now have a 2nd PC (desktop) that we want to use. We have actinic on the PC but are having problems updating it with our latest items that were put on via the laptop. How do I upload from the website to actinic? Any help would be appreciated, Im losing orders as Actinic is not identifying them.

You can't use the web to feed actinic, only actinic to feed the web. Make sure both versions of actinic are the same, export a snapshot off the working system and import it onto the new system. Should not be any more complicated than that.
