Euro payment using Actinic v7 and Protx

    Hi,

I'm running 2 websites with actinic, one in £ and the other one (that I'm lauching) in € .
I've set an euro account with Protx but I can't make it work with Actinic.
I've been to the business settings to change my VSP Vendor name and Secret Key.
I've downloaded the patch to upgrade my version of Actinic, and I've changed ,as described in other threads, the OCCPROTXScriptTemplate.pl and the OCCUpgrade.ini .

But when I want to set the currency into Euro in Actinic (Businness settings/Options) I have the following error message :
" You have selected Protx as your Payment Service Provider
They do not support transactions in Euro
If you wish to use Euro, you must select an other online provider or use offline processing "

Any ideas to solve this problem ??

Here is the reply from the Protx support

I can confirm that your account is setup to process euro transactions, Unfortunately you will need to contact Actinic in order to resolve this issue as you might need to install additional patches or files in order to be able to setup the cart to process Euro transactions through Protx.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks in advance ...

      Robin,

What exact version of v7 are you on? You can see this info in 'Help | About'. I just selected PROTX as a PSP and then went to 'Options' and selected 'Euro' it did not bring up the error you posted.

      Kind regards,

        Hi bruce,

I'm using actinic version 7.0.6.0.0.0.GBGA, and it keeps bringing up the error message. I can set Euro as a currency only when I remove Protx from the PSP List (Protx and Paypal).
Do I have to upgrade my version of actinic ?

        Thks !

          Robin,

I got this to work with v7.0.3 !! I would suggest raising the issue with support.

          Kind regards,
