I am planing to sell only digital downloads on my site and i am using pay pal as my payment method. The problem is the users will go through checkout processes and the they will pay by pay pal but after that there is no download link to download the file and it returns back to the site.

I have check my paypal account the money is there but actanic shows the payment in pending payment service provider.

You may need to elaborate, I can't quite tell where your problem is but see if this helps?

I am a Digital Downloader, but use HSBC. Not sure whether its a Paypal thing, but check the following settings as I automatically ship to customer, after acknowlegment from HSBC and all works as far as I can tell, orders returned as "Full Payment Received", however they are still in Pending in the Actinic Orders Screen.

First, i assume you have purchased the DD bolt on option, approx £150 from Actinic, this will change the Product definition tabs in Actinic to include a tab called Digital Download. This is where the File details are entered, e.g. "myproduct.exe".

Ensure files are in Site1

Check all Auto ship options are ticked, there is one in Business Settings > Ordering and there's one on the Product tab itself.

Check Business Settings > Payment and Security > Configure Paypal > Set Transaction to "authorise immediately", or whatever wording Paypal may use.

Ensure the e-mail address in the Checkout stages is a "must have" field, I think it is by default, and perhaps emphasise its importance to customers.

I am fairly new to this myself, so I hope this is what you were looking for?

What version of 7 are you using (Help | About). 7.0.7 had some fixes to allow time for the paypal callback to be sent back to the server so the payment can be authorised and DD link created.
