Problem with Maestro Cards

Hello all

I'm having a problem with a few customers using Maestro on my site. the problem is that most people don't know that Maestro is now a Master Card, so if they enter thier details as a "Switch with an issue number" the site rejects the details. Can I alter the list of cards that drops down to include Maestro?

ehm. Maestro is what was switch isn't it?

I include 2 versions for Maestro cards .. one with a start date and one with an issue number (not all have the issue number).

I suppose it depends if they're paying through a PSP or you're taking the payment details on site.

I don't think you can change the options that the PSPs present to customers, can you?

Yep - you can change inside Actinic if you are capturing to process manually... Settings | Business Settings | Payment & Security | Payment Method > Credit Card details captured to processing later .. hit "configure method" and you can add a new card or change the existing to suit your wording.

If a PSP you will need to follow their guidelines on what you can and can not do.
