    Subdirectories missing

I have had to completely re-install a site a few times recently, due to our host changing servers.

I am using V6.1.5. All the sub-directories (COM/Actinic/Catalog) did not upload, they were just completely missing. This happened several times, as unfortunately we changed servers twice.

I manually transferred the files using ftp without a problem, but I should not have to do this.

Does anyone know why this has happened?

    Hi Brian,

The catalog directory structure should look like:

    - acatalog
    - - COM (only if using inbuilt java encryption)
    - - DD (for digital download files.
    - - - catalog files

Do you get any errors when you upload?
    Regards,

    Toby Blanchard

      Thanks Toby for the reply.

The class files were missing from the COM directory, but maybe I didn't need them anyway, as we use shared SSL.

The files that were missing that may have been crucial were Actinic.css & actiniccore.js (in the acatalog directory). There were no errors on uploading, but anything involving script were not showing. I sorted it by copying any files not showing from my other Actinic site. It was just irritating.

Hopefully, the next time I have to do this will be when I upgrade to ver 8

      Cheers,
      Brian
