Upgrading using the new patch

I have recently finished redesigning my site in V 6.0.1 and have customised most templates.

I would now like to upgrade to the latest patch to take advantage of a couple of added features. I believe I will have to download the entire program as it is before V 6.1.0.

My question is - How much of my customisation will be over written? I do remember there was a proccess were you could oversea the changes, when I upgrade from V3 to V6, but if this is available, is it very time consuming?

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will be simple and won't cause to much disruption.

The Actinic Upgrader utility should kick in if it needs to amend your already amended templates which will provide an over view of what it needs to add, remove or alter.
