    Email Receipt Problem

    My email receipts to customers aren't working all of a sudden after working fine for 2 years, and I'm getting this error message in the log:

    "Internal Errors = Error returned from SMTP server (4: sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.5.3 - chkuser)"

    The email receipts that automatically come to the business are working fine. When I check the smtp server settings, they test fine, and the test email comes through fine.

    Does anyone know what my problem could be?

    I would guess your host has changed something, I'd contact them

      It sounds as if the email you're sending isn't from the same domain as the hosting is set up for. Could this be the cause?
