How do I make the font size bigger across the whole site?

Have a look in the actinic.css file you will see the definition of actsmall, actlarge etc.

Do you edit the .css file within the Actinic software (if so, how do you do that?) or do you edit the one the server?

In Actinic v7 you do it directly in the actinic.css file in your Site1 folder on your PC (copy it over to PreviewHTML folder after changing also).

(v8 is within Actinic)
