Free over value by location

Hi all,

Is it at all possible to set the free over £n by location/zone?

Currently any order, regardless of location, over £50 will qualify for free shipping

We would like to restrict this to orders within the UK and EU only.

Any advice very welcome.

Don't think you can on V7, time to upgrade to V8 i think as V8 has a multitude of shipping possibilities.
